One of my favourite projects are these perfect individual properties - Happy Houses

This is a unique and totally individual creation. Each little  Happy House is distinctive and beautifully detailed to match the recipients’ taste , they will look fabulous both inside and out.

These delightful dwellings  will definitely make an ideal gift for the person that has everything!

Happy Houses can be a perfect gift or treasured memento for announcing a new arrival, celebrating a wedding anniversary, celebrating your favourite sports team…. the variation is endless.

Approximate sizes and starting prices :

Small Happy Houses - price  - £15  size  20x 10 x  10 cms

Tall Happy Houses - price - £20  26cms x 10cms x 10 cms

Both these sizes can be posted - £4.80 second class signed for P+P (as long as it is under 2 kg) Alternatively , a courier could be arranged.
